Use Cloud to see which of your scanners are connected to the internet
To see an overview of how many of your scanners are connected to the internet, navigate to the bottom left widget on the Home page titled Active Scanners. This will give you a quick overview of how many of your scanners have been connected during the past 7 days.
Option 1:
- Click Scanners on the top menu bar to see a list of all of your scanners
- Check the Last Online column to see whether a scanner has been connected to the internet in the last 24 hours. If a scanner is offline here is how to bring the scanner back online.
Pro Tip: Click the drop-down arrow on the Last Online column to view in order
Option 2:
- Click Stores & Orgs on the top menu bar.
- Click on the specific store you wish to check, or if you want to see all stores that are in your organization, then click the top org.
- Navigate to the Settings tab at the top of the page.
- From here, you will be brought to a list of all the scanners, and you can see the last date they were online under the Last Online column on the page.
