The Volumental scanner has a built-in health check that allows you to see that everything is working correctly
How to Perform a Health Check
Press the checkmark icon (or exclamation mark if something is wrong) in the top right corner on the homepage of your UI to view the status of each item.

Internet
This check shows if the scanner is connected to the internet. If red, please go through these instructions to re-connect your scanner.

Cameras
This check shows if the four camera towers are functioning. If red, please perform a test scan to receive information about which camera is not connected. Follow the steps here under the "camera_issues" section to resolve.
Software
This check shows if the scanner has the most recent software version successfully installed. Please submit a support ticket to resolve.
