Learn how to Download Customer Emails Who Have Expressed Marketing Consent
During the scanning process, customers can consent to receiving your marketing emails when they enter their email to receive their 3D scan results. You can retrieve these emails by following these steps:
- After logging into Cloud, select Scanners from the top page.
- Double-click the scanner to open up the scanner's page. If you have multiple scanners within your organization, scroll down (or use the search function) to find the relevant scanner.
- Scroll down to the list of scans and select all scans you wish to export. You can also choose to select all scans by selecting the checkbox at the top left.
- Click 'Download foot data spreadsheet' to specify the fields you'd like to download.
- Click 'Download' and you're done!
