Shipping FAQ

When will I get my shipment?

You will receive a tracking link from our logistics department, allowing you to follow all shipment updates.

What happens if my shipment gets stuck?

Sometimes customs require more information to clear the product. As the importer, it is your responsibility to provide the necessary information. Follow the instructions sent by the logistics distributor via email. If you haven’t received any email, you can contact your local logistics distributor for further support.

Who pays duties and taxes?

The consignee (the customer) is the importer and is responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes imposed by customs.

Is it a medical device?

 The scanner is not classified as a medical device; it is an optical measuring device as defined in HS code, chapter 9031. It is ETL certified, and you can find the certification here.
