The main scanner performance metrics:
- Total scans made - to see that the scanner is used consistently to fit customers
- Email Capture Rate (ECR) - the percentage of scans that have an email attached to them
- Below Average: 0% - 50%
- Average: 51%-75%
- Above Average: 76% - 100%
- Error rate - the percentage of scans that aren't successful due to an error (see list)
- Your scanner is online (meaning it is connected to the internet)
