What is an error message?
An error message appears on your tablet's screen/UI after a failed scan attempt, letting you know why the scan was not successful.
Where can you track error metrics?
On an individual scanner's page in Volumental Cloud, you can see each individual store's:
- Outcome graph: successful vs. failed scan metrics
- Error message breakdown
