How to best use the 3D scan results to assist your customer in the fitting process.

How to use the scan results to fit a customer

    • Educate your customer and share knowledge about fit and their feet.

    • Use the 3D scan results to understand the unique characteristics of their feet in order to find the best fit for them


  • Most people do not understand fit or feet, so

    • Help your customer see and understand the unique characteristics of their own feet.

      • Go over 2-5 of their foot measurements, and highlight any unique features you see.

    • Help educate your customer about fit and feet, teach them that:

      • Comfort is the #1 key to “perfect” fit

      • Only they can really know what is most comfortable to them

      • Explain why certain shoes would be a better or worse fit, based off of their foot characteristics

      • Recommend or eliminate shoe styles that either run too narrow or too wide based on their scan results
