How to Download 3D Scan Measurements
- Click the Scanners tab and double-click the specific scanner your customers used to scan to open the Scanner Page.
- Scroll down to find your customer's data.
- Select all scans that you want to download data for by ticking the checkboxes to the left.
- Click Download foot data spreadsheet.
- Select the data points and scan the measurements that you want by ticking the boxes.
- Click Download csv file and you will see a loading bar appear at the bottom of your page as your file is being prepared.
- Click Download on the bottom right corner, and your file will download onto your computer.
Note: All measurements are in meters. There is no way to change this on the cloud. If you'd like to use a different metric, please input conversion formulas into your sheet.
How to Download Actual 3D Scans
Once on the scanner's page, scroll down to find your customer's data.
- Select the scans that you want to download data for by ticking the checkboxes to the left. You can select all scans or a few.
- Click Download (#) scans.
- Click OK.
- Click Download at the bottom right corner, and your file will be downloaded to your computer.
How to download .STL data
Once on the scanner's page, scroll down to find your customer's data.
- Select the scan that you want to download data for by clicking on it
- Click on the button Download left.stl or Download right.stl (based on which one you want). Your file will be downloaded to your computer.
